About The Position

Elsight is looking for a highly dynamic, quick thinker, creative Director of Marketing. The best candidate will have to demonstrate hands-on ability to engage, solve problems, collaborate with internal and external partners, strategize, and execute the company marketing plan. The position requires full accountability, independence, drive to succeed, and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

Lead Elsight Marketing efforts by:

-         Lead, design, execute and measure all marketing activities to strengthen the company brand and drive quality lead generation.

-         Build, update and optimize the GTM strategy, including ideal customer profile, buyer persona, messaging, funnel optimization, etc.

-         Own and scale the marketing technology infrastructure, systems, and tools, to optimize marketing results

-         Manage and optimize the marketing funnel, including lead scoring, advanced automations, nurturing to increase sales pipeline.

-         Strategize, ideate, and create a complete content strategy.

-         Develop thought leadership initiatives that strengthen our brand positioning.

-         Manage investor relation content in collaboration with the board, management teams, and external stakeholders

Requirements

-         Enthusiastic creative doer with tons of drive to succeed.

-         Extreme sense of ownership with leadership skills and a great team player spirit.

-         Proven track record of working at the strategic and tactical level to plan, execute and measure a complete marketing strategy from A to Z.

-         Strong operational capabilities – comfortable with managing multiple projects for multiple different audiences/stakeholders

-         Ability to handle data and track metrics to analyze performance, suggest optimization and report on results.

-         Native English Speaker and Writer – candidates will need to demonstrate their verbal and written excellence.

-         Demonstrated skills in both hands-on work, hiring and managing a marketing team with internal and external stakeholders.

-         Experience with WordPress, Figma, HubSpot –advantage

-        Previous experience in HW-SW companies - advantage
